Traffic

Station Road is being used as a rat run for lorrys and delivery vans. The road already has a chronic speeding problem, the road is not able to sustain the huge increase in traffic. The road is residential and the lorrys are making the road increasingly unsafe. The traffic needs filtering, before there is a crash.

Welwyn Bypass Rd is missing road markings. I have seen multiple and experienced several cars veering into oncoming traffic. This is extremely dangerous due to the speeds vehicles are travelling at. Car. Often travel 2 abreast with a third trying to overtake. Needs white lines in the middle with no overtaking. Before someone is seriously injured or worse.

Derelict and unmaintained footpath along the welwyn by pass road

The footpath here has been absent? damaged for over a year. It is more a mud or dirt path depending on the weather. When conditions are wet it is impossible to walk along without submerging feet in water and getting muddy.
The issue runs for a length of about 10 meters along where the footpath should be and up to the Lockleys drive Junction.
