People parking on double yellow lines.

People park blocking our private road outside the school. They park on double yellow lines and school zig zag lines outside the main entrance of woodend school. I can not get down the private road onto our driveway, and have to wait until they leave. I believe greater signage and perhaps a parking warden could fix this issue.

Despite being 'fixed' 2 months ago, there are gaping holes in the road again. The entire road from the sewage works, and down to KWS school needs assessment and repair.
