There is horrible smells like rotten dead animals on the stretch from Luton hoo towards Kingsbourne Green, or Harpenden on A1081 and surrounding. Not sure its from farming activity or a nearby sewage treatment works. The stench has got worse during the recent period of hot weather.

People parking on double yellow lines.
23rd May
People park blocking our private road outside the school. They park on double yellow lines and school zig zag lines outside the main entrance of woodend school. I can not get down the private road onto our driveway, and have to wait until they leave. I believe greater signage and perhaps a parking warden could fix this issue.
