This road is getting narrower and narrower and with frequent speeding cars there is going to be a nasty accident soon ! The road is in poor condition due to shoddy poor work that was Carried out by the council , waste soil and kerb stones causing the road to narrow every time it rains . Cannot see to pull out of Kirkwick Avenue

The trees have sprouted from yhe bark and its impossible to see to pull out of Kirkwick Avenue onto Salisbury Avenue beacare of the trees I nearly had a collision yesterday as I couldnt see and I was edging out of Kirkwick Avenue and a car was coming please trim the trees back before an accident actually happens its also hard to see to cross the road as a pedestrian too

Hello! According to my OS map (and the evidence of my eyes!) a public footpath/right of way has been vandalised and blocked near Harpenden. At the place marked, a public footpath sign has been taken down and thrown into the undergrowth and there is no way to get through at the place marked on the OS map. The way through has been blocked for around a year - although I did not spot the vandalised sign until two months ago. Could you please look into this and, if I am correct, take action to restore the route and keep it open?

Road sign dangerous fitting
22nd June
The "dead end" road sign on the corner of Vaughan Road and Bowers Way opposite the Harpenden Academy is in danger of falling down as the bolts holding it in place have broken. Children from the local school pass under this sign many times a day and I fear for their safety.
