There is horrible smells like rotten dead animals on the stretch from Luton hoo towards Kingsbourne Green, or Harpenden on A1081 and surrounding. Not sure its from farming activity or a nearby sewage treatment works. The stench has got worse during the recent period of hot weather.

The photo is old and there is now double the amount. There appears to be 200+ tonnes of soil, builders waste, old furniture, garden waste , a caravan etc. This was reported to Central Beds Council on 22nd April. Nothing has been done and the mountain of waste continues to grow every week. Gates still unlocked. Reference EFF016967
