Deep flooding - again

The lane has flooded once again and very deep. This is the only access we have so have to drive through deep flood water every-time which is not good and causes issues with ours and our neighbours vehicles

Street Light Not working
27th November
I've been reporting this streetlight on the hertfordshire site but it never gets fixed. I get a response to say it's been sorted but it is still off at 1700 and will remain off all evening.
The Hertfordshire site also when you click on the lamp puts the address in Old Watling Street and this location is Trowley Hill Road, right outside the school.
The issue has been ongoing for months and months.
