Hazard
17th February
The hone owner(presumably) has placed several large pieces of tree branches and then held them down with lumps of concrete and pieces of kerb stone. This is in an extremely dangerous place on what was the entrance to the old pub.(this is isn't their land) If any one came off a bike or worse a motorbike and hit one of these objects it would probably kill them! If one of these pieces of concrete got in to the road who knows what carnage could happen. Extremely dangerous act and no need to have any objects there.
