Litter and fly tipping A13 from M25 to Benfleet

There is large amount of large pieces of litter/ fly tipping along both sides of the A13 from Thurrock to Benfleet.
It's disgusting and an eyesore. It never seems to get cleared up ever, and their is the risk of blowing into the carriageway and causing an accident.
Whoever gets paid for this work should be fined for not doing their job.

Two "No Parking" signs have been attached to the wall of 39 San Marcos Drive.where the wall fronts the corner of San Marcos and San Juan Drives

The no parking sings are both illigal and intimidating to anyone who wishes to legally park on the roadside where the signs are placed. The house owner has no legal right to enforce a no parking area and my also be in breach of planning regulations in posting the signage.
