Damaged safety railing on River Ribble

The safety railings along the guild wheel path at this location has collapsed and is a H&S risk to walkers and cyclists with a 30 ft drop to the river below. LCC inform me its not a PROW issues and they wont deal with this. Its an accident waiting to happen especially with the dark nights.

Unlicensed dirt bikes with no muffler

We have 2-3 young lads and one older with dirt bikes with no plate numbers. 2 of them have a faulty muffler or none at all driving ( speeding) in our community area where most of the families have babies. They have beed asked before so slow down or drive in the park near by but it only lasts a day. This has been ongoing for 5 years so I know for sure the younger boys did not have the right of license back then and they are still at it. As they can't go on the main road fear of been caugh by the police they just circle the Grange neighborhood causing disturbance every afternoon when our babies are having a nap.

Loose manhole cover

I live off Thirlmere road, all night long on New hall lane road when traffic goes over a main hole cover it makes a horrific noise. Keeps myself & my daughter awake the clocking noise. It must be a loose drain cover in the road, the road is always busy.

Please fix the street lights asap between M61 jct and M55 jct... it has been a major hazard for this stretch especially at rainy night, i have reduced my speed when i saw the sign 'lights are not working', but still i have almost lost control travelling on lane 1 at 65 mph, seeing a big puddle in the last second after a bridge joint (i dont know the exact location), but street lights are definitely necessary so please fix it asap.
