Telegraph pole covered by tree.
11th June
A huge tree on the footpath between Oxford rd and Crown Rd,( behind Exeter hall) is covering a telegraph pole. Trees can disrupt telephone signals by reflecting or absorbing radio waves, particularly in wet weather. Growing tree roots can damage the pole or the cables attached to it. Falling branches can cause significant damage to the pole and wires. Trees near poles can be a safety hazard, especially if branches fall onto the eires, potentially leading to electrical shocks or other injuries. The Trees proximity to the pole will make it difficult for any maintenance to be carried out on the pole and cables. Therefore it's essential to maintain a reasonable distance between the tree and telegraph pole to prevent signal interference, structural damage, safety hazards and potentially legal liability...

Overgrown footpath from Oxford road to crown at the back of exeterhall
11th June
I use this well used footpath daily and it has become so over grown with nettles, brambles and hawthorn overhanging at face height. Yesterday I scratched my face whilst walking down the footpath while trying to avoid my grandson being stung by nettles in his pushchair. The hedges on either side are becoming too tall and are encroaching on the footpath.
