Parking road obstruction caused by Calderdale Council.

Cars parking on the junction of Bridge Street and Calder Street regularly obstructing the right turn from School Street.at the top of School Street. near postcode OL14 5AQ
Dangerous for pedestrians and vehicles a like. I have been reporting this ongoing issue for the last 3 years. This is a council planned 3 road one-way road system. When cars park on Bridge St (a one way St.). Cars coming up School St, (a one way St.) they are compelled by law to make a right turn at the top. These are all very narrow streets one-way streets and there is a shop with an ATM there. People coming to that shop by car and parking there block and obstruct the highway preventing the ability to safely perform the right turn into Calder Street (a one way St.). This is very dangerous especially for pedestrians because cars turning right have to drive right over the sharp tight corner because they have no other way to go.
The council MUST NOW take action to remedy this on going safety hazard before someone gets injured. And, to prevent this repeated on going unlawful obstruction of the highway.
This is a matter of utmost urgency. Shame on Calderdale Council.

The junction at Orchan road to the main road the road surface is poor. Lorries... buses (yellow buses) ect reverse to turn round frequently...hence the condition of the junction......no good patching it up with low grade material as its chewed up and disintigrated after one lorry reverses round to turn round.....

Fly tipping on plot of land Victoria road

There is an area of land I believe to be 4 Victoria Road where there is constant amounts of fly tipping , it is seeing not the footpath making it hard to navigate especially in a oram and it a real eye sore . There is servers mattresses, plus it has a fence that is damaged and sticking out .
