Huge amount of rubbish now building up

The situation of rubbish is getting far worse, i can see this has been reported before but nothing has been done. I believe its the lorry drivers who are going to the heywood distribution centre, you really need some cameras here. Its been going on for years. Your sign that states 2500 fine for littering is being used as target practice.

The streets, pavements are full of overflowing wheely bins & driveways full of rubbish, it looks absolutely disgusting!
