The streets, pavements are full of overflowing wheely bins & driveways full of rubbish, it looks absolutely disgusting! Barriers have been left on Queen Elizabeth way S Heywood since the the road was completed . Either in bad weather or by human intervention these barriers encroach onto this road & are dangerous . I dont know whos responsibility they are but they arent mine for certain . I cant believe that the number of HGVs and Council vans that will drive past these barriers that no one has thought oh these could be dangerous Over to you now to ensure they are made safe .
