Bad parking
17th March
People taking up 2 car Parking places, cars being left in same spot for months. I finish work at 10pm most nights and finding it impossible to park in the car park thats literally outside my house. Its becoming a joke. People taking up 2 spaces because they dont want people to park next to them.

Builders blocking a T-junction
a bus stop and pavement.
Building work to a house close to the junction of Nottingham Road and Woodland Drive has been going on for months. It's a large project with lots of contractors. They are using the large drive for storage but parking all their vehicles outside the property. They consistently park in the bus stop opposite the junction. This makes it very unsafe for pedestrians and for vehicles navigating the junction. It is also unsafe to pull of the drives which have their view blocked. I've asked them to be considerate but that lasted 1 day. They argue they have lots of deliveries and lots of vehicles.

Mud on pavement & compost on road
24th September
The parking bay and the pavement requires immediate cleaning. A load of, what looks to be compost and soil has been dumped in the roadside parking bay making it unusable and the pavement is covered in thick mud to a depth of approx 2cm. It looks like people have already skidded on the slippery surface. Nottingham City Cojncil - I suggest you start using FixMyStreet.

Badly fitting manhole cover
raised edge
Manhole cover on footpath adjacent to the end wall of 30 Spruce Gdns, NG6 7DH (Severn Trent Water?) is raised about 20mm on one edge and presents trip hazard. I witnessed a member of the public walking south on this pavement trip and almost fall today. Though he had lightly twisted his ankle, he declined to leave his details or make a report. He was young and fit, it could have been far more serious for an older person. As far as I am aware, the cover has not been opened recently. I walk this path several times most days and have never actually noticed the problem before.
