A huge pothole has been present here for a while now, this has previously caused damage to one of my wheels and I know of others who have had punctures from this one. It's right in the dip so if you drive over it it ends up being a heavy hit. Please address ASAP!

Deep pothole on Church way on a corner
9th April
There is a very deep pothole on Church Way on a corner which means you cant swerve into the middle to avoid it and I fell straight into it today. I hit the pothole so hard I genuinely thought my tyre had burst or Id crashed into a rock or something and my whole car jolted. I think it really needs fixing before two people crash or too many peoples tyres are executed at the hands of this pothole. Thank you !! X

Edge of road has failed
9th April
Going westbound, the edge of the road has failed in two places on the two left hand corners near where this pin is. This road is narrow here so to avoid you have to drift a bit wider, but this ends up being dangerous as oncoming traffic is also being thrown towards the middle of the road due to how bumpy /off-camber it is. You could easily destroy a wheel here

1 tree too tall
28th February
On going ref 7185023 This is now the 3rd time of asking for 1 tree that is taller than my house causing issues with me getting insurance. The fallen tree at the back of our house has been reported by yourselves now to BT behind us, but there is still 1 tree that needs cutting back , it's opposite number 28 parking bay, leaning towards our roof, I really don't want to keep asking for this to be done but please can someone just cut down the top of 1 tree. Before it falls onto my roof as it sways in the wind. It would be easier if I could actually make an appointment for someone to come round so we can show them the tree, as amazingly every time someone comes out we've missed them. I wouldn't keep asking if it wasn't an issue. Please can someone get back to me. Much appreciated. Mrs ship
