By the green junction box opposite the chapel
29th May
Drain/gulley cover has a chip out of it and looks like there is a crack on part of it. Please can this be inspected and checked to make sure it is still safe as this road gets quite a lot of traffic.
Update: Heavy vehicles has gone over it and now an entire corner has been snapped off and this is not obvious to drivers - a traffic cone has been placed over it but this is only a temporary solution.

200-300 yards North of Dudley Farm
5th February
A series of deep potholes along this road and just before entering the village itself. A narrow country road with several potholes almost caused several accidents with oncoming vehicles. No choice other than a head on collision (with a newborn baby in my car), the only options were to break suddenly (potentially leading to skidding off road due to mud on the roads) or to go straight over the pothole which has caused a blowout to the front passenger tyre and cosmetic damage to the alloy

At the right hand turn/junction between Nearton End and Tattams Lane in Swanbourne
Milton Keynes.
This large pot hole: 60 cm wide and 4 cm deep is at the bottom of Tattams Lane on a blind left turn into Nearton End from Tattams Lane. It is missed if you are unaware of it and this hole can easily damage car tyres. It has been there for a few months now. Cars have to turn very widely Into Nearton End from Tattams Lane to avoid this hole because it's on a blind turning, and one has to be very careful to avoid oncoming cars as they cannot be seen until the turn has actually being made! This is quite dangerous but has to be done to avoid descending Into the hole.

This large extended "hole/dip" now goes across the top of Tattams Lane at the junction with Mursley Road in Swanbourne
Buckinghamshire. MK17 0SU.
Tattams Lane is more or less opposite the Betsey Wynne pub in Swanbourne. A more serious pothole has been repaired a little further down the road, on the same side but now, every time we turn into Tathams Lane from Mursley Road, we have to turn very slowly as this hole now extends across the whole left-hand turn into Tattams Lane. One feels a very big drop in the road as we descend into this big wide dip. Care has to be taken not to scratch the bottom of one's front bumper too! This issue has been present now for some considerable time.
