This streetlight number 10 on Hornbeam Close outside number 18 & 20 hasn't been working for weeks now and is a concern for pedestrians walking through the pathway. Due to the map ONLY showing 7 street lights when there is clearly 10 I have had to put it as number 7 not working!! ... is this something else that can be sorted so all streetlighting can be reported.

The pavement under trees near bus stops.

The pavement here is very uneven, paviors not lying flat. I tripped here and fell face down onto the kerb, bruising ribs and arms and received several cuts to my arm. Also bent spectacles and now have to have them replaced.
