I have driven past here again today and I counted 22 cars in various states. There are parked on council land, there have damaged the pavement and spread mud across it. It appears that one of the occupiers is using council land as a workshop. Ive reported this before and nothing was done. This is just getting worse and dangerous as there is no controls on this person working as there is a fire risk.
