Illegal parking on Studham common on the junction of swannells wood and church Rd junctions

Continued anti social behaviour being tolerated by CBC as they will not do anything to enforce the bylaws of Studham common. Parking and encroachments are not allowed anywhere on Studham common so by simply installing bollards and no parking signs will stop this dangerous behaviour. Residents of swannells wood and church Rd have absolutely no sight line because of lazy people frequenting the local pub. All these lazy people need to do is walk a few yards and park safely on the highway. CbC start doing your job and stop this from happening

Enormous amount of fly tipping for about 250m down the road, chairs, a sofa, a door, windows, strewn along the road side for some while. It is physically in the road as well as blocking pull in places to make the single track road passable. Can we get some sort of deterrent? This is constant

Studham Lane 1/4 mile south of Whipsnade Golf Club

At approximately 12.15pm today a lorry loaded with rubbish passed me on the narrow lane. The lorry was coming from the Studham direction. I was going towards Studham. Later today I went along the lane and saw the piles of rubbish which had been dumped. I cannot prove it unfortunately but I suspect it was dumped by the lorry which passed me.

One of the metal barriers has been damaged. From the markings on the metal, it looks as if it has been hit with something heavy to deliberately try to knock it down/remove it. The two damaged bollards at the top of Studham Lane enable a vehicle to now drive down as far as this point.
