I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding a damaged and elevated section of the kerb on [insert road name or precise location], which has remained unaddressed for over six months.
Despite the issue having been visible and hazardous for an extended period, no repairs have been carried out. The kerb in question is part of a dropped section, yet one portion is significantly elevated, creating a sharp and unexpected edge. This has resulted in repeated damage to my vehicle tyres when driving over it, and it poses a broader risk to other motorists and pedestrians.
I am extremely disappointed by the lack of action taken thus far and feel compelled to escalate this matter, as the ongoing neglect not only causes damage but could also lead to accidents or injuries.
I have attached a recent photo for reference, which clearly shows the defect.
Please confirm receipt of this complaint and advise on when repair works will be scheduled.

Our neighbor is constantly working on his car and keeps leaving motor oil stains on the road. This is not the first time it has happened. Sometimes he tries to cover the stains with grass or sand, but that doesn't help at all. It's an environmental hazard and also dangerous for children who walk this way to school. We live right next to this, and we have to deal with it constantly. The smell is terrible, and no one seems to be able to do anything about it. He is doing that over 4 months.
