On front pavement outside our drive in Mancroft Road

A hole has appeared in the council tarmac which is over 2 feet deep. As its at the entrance to my drive I'm very concerned in case its the beginnings of a sink hole. Our road in Mancroft Road floods when we have heavy rain which drains into this hole and makes it deeper. When I need to enter my drive I am worried in case the weight of my car suddenly impacts on the tarmac and creates a larger cavity.

This HMO property, no. 107 Tennyson Road, LU13RR is now empty.
The bins haven't been put out for weeks and are overflowing with stinking rubbish.
That house has had numerous problems when occupied apparently with infestations of rats, lice and cockroaches. Pest control have been out repeatedly over the last couple of years.
Can you contact the landlord to put his bins out? The house is on the LBC HMO register.

Bench and drugs

The commemorative bench is broken and now has the added insult of drug paraphernalia left on it.
The whole green grass areas are strewn with litter, mostly empty and half empty plastic water bottles. And dog pooh.
A programme of education and signage needs to be installed to remind people we all need to respect the environment and bin the rubbish or take it home if the bins are full.
I've collected loads today as I do every day.

Builder dumped sand all over the pavement, concrete mixer etc. There is a small front yard they can do this in. Not take over a public pavement to make concrete. It's ridiculous.
