Sunken iron works
7th May
1 or possibly 2 square iron access panels close together. They seem to be well below road service and are hit by NS tyres on northbound carriageway. Make quite a thump when hit so likely to damage wheels and tyres if not tracking. Would probably dismount a cyclist.

Very large (approx 50cm) pothole on very narrow road near a blind bend
26th March
I was driving at 25mph on the road when a car came in the opposite direction very fast. I was forced to drive near the edge of the road and felt the front wheel of my car drop suddenly into a pothole. The tyre burst instantly. I rolled beyond the blind bend into a narrow passing place.

first residential home after Chiltern Road crossing
The pothole has clearly been here for months, reported multiple times and still has not been repaired.
On 9th March, I hit a pothole and it blew my tyre instantly and dented my alloy so bad that I've had to get a whole new alloy. On the day I went to 3 alloy wheel repair specialists who all said the alloy was beyond repair. 695 for the new alloy and 186 for a tyre, all because this pothole has been ignored despite multiple reports.
