In lay-by just off the lane

About 8pm, 3rd June, my husband when walking passed the lay-by saw a white Peugeot van there reg LL24 URJ with two men. The van passed him later on and when he returned by the lay-by tyres and car seats had been dumped. Not sure its a coincidence but we thought it worth reporting. No photos of van
