Assuming a short across button
7th November
At the set of traffic lights around the Tesco area of Gallions Reach Retail Park, the wait sign instantly illuminates after the green man. This causes the traffic lights to cycle constantly rather than being responsive to traffic. I believe this could be a short circuit across the button at the pedestrian crossing

Exit Lane-dangerous queue jumping. Dotted lines -> Solid line
10th October
The road markings here NEED to be changed. At the moment, its dotted white lines for the exit lane all the way until the exit itself. This MUST to change. The issue is whenever there is a queue to exit A13 to enter High Street South or Woolwich Manor Way, drivers will try to jump the queue by forcing their way in right at the end of the exit lane, using lane 1 of the A13 to do so. Drivers are often using lane 1, then suddenly braking and attempting to force their way into the queue right at the end of the exit lane, and start a very VERY dangerous new queue within lane 1 of A13. In the including screenshot, where you see the blue car in Lane 1, its very often that drivers will suddenly brake, come to a stop, and force their way into the exit lane, and this can happen from 100 metres before this point. It means for anyone driving in Lane 1, they have to also brake sharply and quickly move into Lane 2 to avoid a collision, and this is not only dangerous, but causes congestion.
I HIGHLY suggest that the last 150 metres of the exit lane should be a solid white line rather than dotted white lines, and a camera should be in place to deter drivers from queue jumping and stopping in lane 1, causing danger to other road users. Please take this as an urgent matter and take action as it is only a matter of time before a serious injury or a fatality occurs

Over grown bushes towering over the bus stop sign
9th October
I reported the over grown bushes covering over pavement and bus stop sign to Thames Water sewage palan and local council (request for provision of bin next to the bus stop) a few years and this year again. Although some clearance done on the pavement but left the overgrown Hazel bush covering over bus stop sign. The response from TW was this was not consider as critical issue .
