Footpath not safe

This section was recently opened and the guard rail for the footpath is missing. How this was approved like this i have no idea. Clear negligence from council site. This needs to bw fixed immediately not just by temporary barrier that has been there left from previous activity.

These Cars they are park all the time which is low visibility to turn , difficult to pass not enough space for the big trucks or other vehicles to move and dangerous! All traffic have to drive half on the pavement!

Manhole cover missing resulting in a dangerous situation
