Clearly is evident that these actions have caused an obstruction and created hazardous driving conditions when leaving my driveway. (I am restricted to turning right due to the angel of parking on a T- This parking practice is clearly inconsiderate for a shared drive, especially considering the ample space available in front of the property. Four enforcement notices have been issued, which clearly demonstrated the necessity of intervention.
It is important to note that this is a public road, not a private road, and therefore highway regulations should apply to all individuals, regardless of their residence. (Shared dropped curb, T-intersection, parking against the flow of traffic, and obstructing deliveries and visitors to my property are all examples of violations.)

Tree branches/roots growing into garage and damaging roof/concrete structure

The tree is located on the road in a small section of grass next to the set of garages, the foliage is overgrown and there are branches/roots growing out into the garages, they have completely overtaken the top of the garages and have begun to split the concrete and damage the structure

Large deep hole in pavement showing electricity cables

It's right out side the Hinchley Park estate i noticed it about 10mins ago and it looks like the hole will definitely get bigger as the kerb has sunk as well and it's bot a dropped kerb there.

A sinkhole has appeared just outside the entrance to Hengest Avenue on the pavement bordering the A309
Its quite deep and piping can be seen underneath it.
The immediate surrounding pavement looks somewhat unstable and it would cause injury if someone were to step on/near it

Manhole cover is broken

There is a dangerously broken utility cover on the pavement in front of my property. The cover is cracked and parts of it have collapsed into the hole, leaving a large opening that is hazardous to pedestrians. Someone could easily trip or fall inside. This needs urgent attention to prevent any accidents.

Trees getting out of hand

The pathway behind the drs surgery are over grown one is very low needs and needs cutting back this whole pathway needs attention it was cut every six months not long ago now we have to ask for once a year it's a well used path by young and old needs attention path lighting can't be seen through trees . Very intimidating when used for drug sales

This vehicle is yet again parked on double yellow lines and there is going to be an accident due to the entrance from a busy road into Hillcrest Gardens-if you have to pass the van a car entering the road may not see you and could crash

This vehicle (or the owners other car have been parked here almost every day for about a month. This is a very entrance road into hinchley drive and if a car had been turning in from the other direction whilst I was exiting there would certainly have been an accident.

This is on the corner of Ruxley Ridge, second close on the left, behind no.8. It is a newly planted tree and was doing well but now the top is looking poorly, giving the impression that it is fading. Another new tree just down the road has actually died. Not sure if it gets any maintenance, but certainly needs some attention now.
