Before repair of the pavement repair began in Wydell Close SM4 4NS at front of no 2 Wydell Close there was a white H line on the road protecting access to my drive and my garage. During the recent road and pavement works, this line was damaged and almost completely scratched. Could you please draw this line back as it was before works bagan? Thank you.

Blue Bins Uncollected

Our blue bin at 92 Garth Road (and my neighbour's blue bin at 90 Garth Road) were not emptied this morning. According to your website this was because: "Friday 23 May, at 7:40am Not Presented" I have no idea what this means but the bin was left in exactly the same place it has been for the past 15-odd years at the edge of my driveway. If some passer-by has moved it that it is not my fault and your crew should have the sense to empty them anyway. You want to stop fly-tipping. This is not the way to go about it. Very unimpressed.

Dead tree trunk

Outside no 50 Walsingham gardens there is a completely dead 7ft tree trunk. The tree snapped back in 2021, you cleared the branches but never came back to take the dead trunk down. Now it is dangerously rotten.

Significant traffic in a residential road

The traffic on Park Avenue West has increased significantly in recent years. It is not limited to cars and bikes and but is used by many types of heavy vehicles. The pace of traffic can alternate between too fast (well over speed limit) to fully stopped. Many drivers choose this road to pull over temporarily leaving engines running and causing disruption to the flow of traffic in both directions. On many occasions residents cannot easily access the road from their properties or pull into their properties from the road. On at least one occasion a resident has been abused by impatient road users whilst attempting to back on to their own driveway. It is only a matter of time before a more serious altercation or serious accident occurs. The traffic calming measures in place are ineffective and unlike surrounding roads there are no parking restrictions. May I kindly request an initiative to explore ways of reducing traffic, reduce speed and unnecessary stopping in a residential road.

Gap between cobbles in Dewsbury Gardens

Thanks for fixing some cobbles.
However, some still need to be maintained. Please see attached photos that I circled.
Actually within Dewsbury Gardens there are many gaps between cobbles. Is it possible to review the whole street and fill the gap?

Vibration to house

As a result of gas roadworks in Cheam village, buses 151, 213 and SL7 have been diverted down Church Hill Road. Our end of Church Hill Road (A217 end) is not on a bus route and has not been re-inforced for heavy traffic like the other end of the road which is on the 93 bus route. The constant bus traffic making the house shake/vibrate. I am very concerned that this will cause damage to the house. The road needs to be checked as the gas works are due to continue until the 30th May.

Damage to grass verge on Fairford Gardens

For a number of years the verge has not been fixed since a lorry churned out the earth. The verge is now a mud bath in wet weather and an eyesore at all times. The cavities fill with litter and presently contain broken glass.
