Overgrown hedge over pavement forcing pedestrians to go into the road

This was reported at the beginning of May and still it has not been tackled. It is now almost over the whole pavement and causing danger to pedestrians to walk in the road. As Alexandra Rd is a dead end road traffic speeds down to avoid cars coming the other way and so makes it even more hazardous.

Cycle rack cut out

One of the cycle stands outside Waitrose has been cut away. This has left the 2 metal ends protruding from the pavement. Due to the expected increased footfall for this weekends local event can this be made safe asap?

Doesnt park beyond the permit only parking
so they park on the yellow line in the start of the driveway causing issues with getting in.

Clanging drain cover when cars drive over it

Drain cover on the road in between 19 and 21 Thames Street, just before the bump if heading towards the river. Been making a loud clanging noise for months now when cars drive over it.

Split Willow Tree Fallen

Within the last 24 hours a willow tree by the bridge between Radnor Road KT13 and Whittets Ait has split vertically down the trunk and half has fallen in to the river. Do not know if the other half is safe or could fall on to recreation ground.

Immediately outside the business The Full Monty. Whilst having my haircut today and 84-year-old lady required emergency treatment having fallen over the manhole cover in my photograph. The owner of the business tells me it is the third time in the last 12 months they have had to treat serious injuries outside their shop.
