I am looking for some guidance regarding a tree that is on my property.
My address is 26 Crabtree Close, HP9 1UQand the tree in question is situated at the front of my house.
The tree is in bad condition - the trunk is fraying at multiple points and the many of the branches are dying - I have had several tree surgeons pass this opinion following inspection. Additionally, the roots of the tree have damaged the public footpath as it has caused the ground to become uneven, cracked and raised - causing a potential trip hazard.
If you could please advise if this tree needs to be removed by me or whether the council would arrange this as the public footpath will be affected.

The roadworks on the main road out side of the dr surgery. At 11am on the 24Jun.

A piece of metal from the roadworks taking place here was on the road and when myself and other cars went through the traffic lights the piece of metal came up, it has made a hole in the underneath of my car and was wedged into the underneath. It has caused damage to the underside of the car.

Good morning,
I've reported this drain around five times and was told it was going to be cleared and unfortunately it still hasn't been. The drain still has a lot of debris in it and only partly cleared. Following heavy rain the overflow is on the pavment, smells and caused splashback.
If this isn't cleared I'll be going to the Beaconsfield major and MP, Joy Morrissey, to raise it further. I'll also be forced to use a private contractor and will invoice the council should this persists.
