Abandoned BMW with no Road Tax

BMW registration number D19ADE has no road tax since 2022. Parked up taking parking space us residents could do with on a small stretch of road which continues to have more than 1 untaxed car parked on it on many occasions. We need these valuable spaces. I have already reported this but the outcome was that no action is being taken. I have tried chatting online to an agent at the council but it says no agent is available, try again or it cuts of. I would like to know why no action is being taken. I have valid road tax on my car. Why can this be parked here without road tax since many years ago?? It has been here for a good few months now.

2 dead wild animals

There is one animal in the middle of the road as you leave Ashley Green towards Berkhamsted in the dip and then another one shortly after on the side of the road which birds are coming down to eat and its causing chaos

Tonne bag with timber and green waste fly tipped within the last 24 hours. Same location as report 7488377 of 27/4/25. Please note, bed and timber from report 7488377 was collected but green waste was not. Leaving fly tipping in place encourages more fly tipping. This is the fourth fly tipping incident in the same place in C6 weeks.

Repair to carriageway following recent utility works has subsided

Work was carried out here 2-3 weeks ago. The repair carried out on behalf of the utility company has subsided significantly and is now creating a danger to road users.
Being close to a split carriageway crossing point that is well used by many students of Chesham Grammar School, this sunken section of road could result in a driver or cyclist losing control just when they should be watching out for pedestrians crossing the road.
Please get the utility company to correct this poor reinstatement of the carriageway as quickly as possible.

Failed road now in 4th year not being dealt with!

This road has been reported multiple times - highways have agreed its failed (they have put signs up to say its failed) other roads in far better condition locally have been fixed (local road between St Leonards church and caravan park as an eg) yet this bit is consistently ignored, WHY? clear to all residents that it is a total disgrace that it has not been fixed for 4 years now! we have seen a bike accident, we have lost a wing mirror as a result of drivers trying to avoid the holes and stones. An explanation of exactly why it is not being repaired is now long over due. Better still fix my street!

Dangerous parking

Cars are often parked on this corner blocking the view for cars in both directions, dangerous considering the stopping distances on a hill. Cars need to be on the wrong side of road to get past the obstruction. This road really should be double yellow lines all the way down.

Over the past 2 years this junction is being used to park cars on, which is blocking the view for cars in both directions. This is dangerous as there isn't enough time to react to oncoming traffic safely. This should have double yellow lines.

Usual problem with traders dumping unwanted car and BCC refusing to do anything about it.
This car has now been obstructing the entrance to Asheridge Business Centre for over 8 weeks. It has no MOT, Tax and no insurance but somehow BCC do not consider this can to be abandoned!!
