Large Inspection Cover in verge collapsed

There is a large manhole cover on the verge that has collapsed leaving a large, deep hole exposed. It's on the verge, so not an immediate danger to traffic but if a vehicle, cycle etc left the road at that point, it would not end well.

Pothole just after central island after entering the 30mph limit. It has been present for many weeks and was there when the last repairs were carried at at this location but was left. Holes appear regularly at tis point and are hard to avoid because of the narrowing of the available road due to the central island

Mature cherry tree on pavement bed at southern most end of Sheerstock in need of crown reduction, reshaping and removal of overhanging branches which overhang road, pavement and driveway entrances. Being hit by delivery vehicles. Branches less than 5 feet from ground in places.

Black Seat
crashed through our hedge on 16 april 2025 and the owner has not arranged to have it removed
BW21 VXR It has been in our field for 9 weeks and the owner is making no effort to get it moved. He says he has no money (before it crashed this car was worth about 18000) and his insurance company is not responding. We asked our insurance company to make contact, and still nothing is happening. We cannot dispose of the vehicle as we do not have the V5, and when we have a DEFRA inspection we can be fined for poor maintenance of our land. What do we do now?

Road surface issue following works - Pegasus Way
19th June
Works which took place about a month ago by contractors who dug a trench in the road have not reinstated the surface correctly and a huge dip/dop across the carriageway and footpath remains. This is causing trouble for wheelchair users bringing them to a stop when they reach this point - possibly pushchair users too. This is located by Pegasus Way 50 yards before the Coop store.

A Private Road sign is required to go with the existing street name sign.

Floodwater rising out of road drain. Been going on for past few weeks since road was dig up and getting worse. Even when no rain , there is unpleasant liquid coming up. Not sure if its foul water but there is an algae bloom on the surface.

Pothole/ uneven road surface just before the bend.
15th June
Just before the bend/ right turn at Stanbridge road, there is a pothole/ uneven road surface that led me to crashing. I did not know how to proceed with reporting this before but I have now been advised and helped with reporting this. I had this incident when it was raining, leading to there being a slight pool of water that my left side tyre was caught on. Due to my tyre being clipped in this dangerous road surface, I ended up crashing as the steering was un able to be completed.
