Black Mini abandoned in allocated parking spot

HA07 YKM This car belonged to our tenant who has disappeared without trace leaving all her belongings behind including car. The cars MOT and tax expired in 2021. It is in poor condition and has had a flat tyre for at least a year. We have issued a Torts notice and now are able to dispose of her belongings.

Dangerous junction Overgrown vegetation on verge blocking visibility for right turn

Failure to cut long vegetation on central reservation is blocking visibility to the right hand side for drivers turning right in normal sized vehicles, thereby creating a dangerous roundabout junction.

Numerous gas canisters left next to the bin on Green Hill

These gas canisters were left on the verge outside my house - 1 Brands Hill Avenue. I have moved them and stacked to the bin on Green Hill so they can be collected and safely disposed of. This is a recurrent issue and we regularly have gas canisters left on Brands Hill Avenue and surrounding streets

Trees and bushes overgrown along Benjamin Road

Overgrown trees and bushes are taking over the pavement space, making it hard to walk along the pavement forcing users to walk in the road, this is dangerous as school children use this route and are having to walk in the road into oncoming traffic. This is a busy road at school and normal rush hour and is not safe for pedestrians

There is a lot of rubbish piled up behind the bin that never gets taken away by the binmen and there are rats spotted running in and out of the pile behind the bin. Please clear it up as it is unsafe. The rubbish behind the bin has been there for weeks.

Vehicle completely blocking pavement and also on double yellow lines on a daily basis often for up to twenty four hours at a time. I have seen tickets being issued recently to cars parked in the road without resident permits and the traffic wardens completely ignored the vehicle blocking the pavement registration number rf 24 echo.

Benjamin Road pavement

Pavement is completely impassable due to overgrown hedges and trees. This is the main walking route between 2 school sites and forces children and parents into the road.

Abandoned Silver Mini Countryman re LL24HRE

This vehicle has been reported multiple times. It has been abandoned in the same spot FOR OVER 9 MONTHS! It seems to be a company vehicle as it has been automatically retaxed. There is a Police aware notice on it and it is slowly being vandalised. It has caused problems with Thames Water access. Appreciate this being seriously actioned.
