In the far corner of the carpark flytipping

As you drive into the car park in the far right corner next to the main building, there is a flytip consisting of wood, a black bag, cushions and 2 glass lamp looking items. They are behind parked cars and by the steps to access the building.
Along with the headboard left at the other side of the car-park near to the entrance to the park (which has been reported by myself recently), may I ask that both flytips are removed.

Possibly dn10kyy yes it's dangerous the fuel cap is open which makes it more hazardous this car was potentially stolen or used by a criminal group, they make come back to get it so it needs to be removed as soon as possible not road worthy if plate is correct it has no tax, no mot, not sorn, no insurance

Overgrown hedges and vegetation in Desborough Street Pay and Display Car Park

The vegetation in this area has become extremely overgrown and is now obstructing visibility of important signage (including the Buckinghamshire Council car park sign and pay-and-display machine). Hedges and weeds are also encroaching on parking bays, making it difficult for vehicles to park safely and clearly. This issue has been ongoing for several weeks and appears to be worsening.

Number 15 and number 1 are using cones outside their houses to stop any car parking outside their house. Number 8 is deliberately leaving his bin outside to save his sport for his car

Car Parked Dangerously on Double Yellow Lines up to the Junction

Car has been left on the double yellow lines near to the junction, making it dangerous whilst approaching the junction as you have to meet cars head on to go round the parked car. This is happening every day, there are safe places to park but drivers are not obeying the Highway Code both by parking on double yellows and being parked that close to a junction. Until cars are ticketed they will continue to park dangerously.

Faded signage and lack of enforcement of parking restrictions

The signage that specifies the restrictions to park on grass verges has faded. That is no excuse to park illegally. The grass verges alongside this sign are completely destroyed but the ongoing use of these spaces as parking sites.

Several potholes

Several large and deteriorating potholes either side of the speed bump near number 18, and also near number 19.
They present a clear and present danger to cyclists as well as potential for damage to cars.
Several potholes have been repaired on this street very recently. Beggars belief that these were ignored.

Trees behind Gosling Grove properties 25-15 has grown so much that couse potential risk of falling in high winds. Especialy trees behind garages might damage the roof tiles with branches overhanging the area. Can something be done. Trees topped branches cut back? Also public right of way behind gets tree branches overhanging over it block8ng priper access.
