Green light filter incorrectly positioned
3rd April
The green light filter cover is angled down to the extent that the light cannot be seen by approaching traffic. I can see this was reported in November last year and has still not been resolved.

Litter Everywhere

There is a huge amount of litter the whole length of the carriageway, on both sides of the road. Some are large and capable of flying up onto a windscreen and blocking the vision of passing cars and may therefore cause an accident.

Can you redesign this junction to make it safer for pedestrians?
8th August
There are no signs at the road crossing to advise pedestrians when it is safe to cross or when to wait. This is a very busy road junction during the day with traffic turning into Station Approach from West End Rd. As a driver trying to turn right into Station Approach, I had to wait on a green filter signal to turn as pedestrians crossed. A BMW driver behind me then beeps his horn angrily at me for not driving forward into the yellow box area, even though the exit was not clear!!! Any other driver might have given in and moved forward, and would have had to stop in the yellow box area for pedestrians to complete their crossing. Please can this junction be looked at and improved to make it safer for pedestrians and motorists to use.

Multiple lights in a residential area not working - safety issue
30th April
Multiple lights on this stretch are not working. There are young families with children living in the flats who would be walking down this road and it's totally dark and is a significant safety concern for all 8 flats. Additionally cars are turning off the road and it's impossible to see pedestrians from afar so Hazard to other roads users too.
