Water company shoddy work

The water company cut the tarmac but have now left Close gardens road. They have failed to seal these cuts and will let rain and frost damage the pavement in winter. Can you report them to come back and seal path cuts. There is at least two locations pictured.

Severe noise pollution - loose manhole cover

Next to 50 London Road. Has been reported multiple times, and now making living at the property next to this intolerable. Needs to be fixed properly as appears council has poured tar over it as a temporary fix (which lasted 24hrs max). Constant clanking noise given high traffic area is making living close by unbearable. At least put some traffic cones there to stop cars driving over it?

There are circa 10 Ash Trees with Ash Dieback as confirmed by our tree surgeon. They are in pretty poor state and are outside our boundary on Highways land. Cirencester Road is a busy road into Tetbury and I am concerned that these trees may fall or partly fall onto the road. Please could they be surveyed by your tree team ?
