The pavement at the top of Well Hill, on the west side (just below Boots), is dangerously uneven and one of the slabs is severely broken), There is an estimated 2-inch depression (see photo1). This presents a serious trip hazard and obstruction, meaning pedestrians must resort to walking in the road.
At present, it is not possible to use the pavement on the opposite side of the road; scaffolding outside no.3 (see photo 3) obstructs the entire pavement so it cannot be used at all.
It is essential that the pavement on the west side is fixed urgently, so that pedestrians are not forced into the road at this extremely narrow and busy junction.

40 sign obscured by vegetation

This sign - on the left as you drive up towards the clutch of cottages towards the top of Hyde Hill - is heavily obscured by vegetation making it invisible to drivers until too late. I tried to prune but not tall enough. The sign is not illuminated but theres no vegetation option under non-illuminated signs.
