Hazardous Tree - Health and Safety Warning

What3words exact location: ambushes.tributes.powder Stroud to Nailsworth Cycle Path adjacent to Gydynap Lane. A remnant tree which is sitting on top of the fence over the cycle path with a remnant branch notch sticking down. On 18.05.25 I witnessed a runner hitting his head whilst running along the cycle path on this tree. He was visibly hurt and in distress after the accident. This is a risk to public safety and needs to be removed immediately. A cyclist hitting this at speed could cause significant and life changing injuries.
