Lights not working most nights outside 31 and 30

Light outside 31 Redmarley Road comes on for 5 minutes then goes off for the rest of the night. Earlier this one was on and the 2 either side were off. At the time of making this report the one outside 31 was is off but the 2 either side are on. There is one outside 30 that is also off most nights. This has only happened since the clocks changed.
