Reported this twice already. The drain is completely blocked. Potential collapsed culvert as well. Not sure why this keeps getting closed without feeding back. Will continue to raise until resolved or responded to.

Erratic horse
12th April
Whilst walking with my husband and son on the public right of way here there was a very erratic horse. There were two horses in the field; one was fine and totally unphased by walkers, another smaller pony type horse was acting very erratically. We didnt interact with the horses or detract from the public highway but the horse approached us and bit my elbow. It then charged at us as we headed for the gate. The horse shouldnt be on a public right of way if it behaves in this way. We were with my two year old son and the experience was pretty frightening.

All along this road
there is approximately 10 potholes
Just up the road of the farm entrance towards the last house in village. Several potholes have caused a number of flat tyres to the older home owners on that road.

Various pothole repairs collapsing

Road has been collapsing for years. Continuing half-hearted repairs every few weeks. Surveyor previously agreed it needs short stretch of proper repair rather than continual patching. Last time the edge of the repair collapsed the week it was repaired. This is a waste of taxpayers money.

Are the contractors deliberately only half-filling these? They are back every fee weeks i suggest the surveyor comes and checks Arlingham as lots of pothole repairs seem to be incomplete necessitating more repairs a few weeks later.
