Wig wag light is permanently flashing

Dear Highways Team,
I am reporting a fault with the school warning lights on Podsmead Road, Gloucester, near the junction with Masefield Avenue.
The lights have been flashing continuously since the morning of 16 May 2025, including outside school hours.

Overgrown tree branches at the back of the property where I live.

The tree is located at the back and behind the fence of 51 Russet close Turffley GL4 0RQ, Squirres gained access from the tree branch to my loft. The branches have also overgrown over my fence.

Tree is damaged problem

Hedges are growing out into the carriageway and making it impossible to pass cars on the other side of the carriageway. Forcing stopping of vehicles and stopping flow of traffic. Some drivers barrel down the lane and their are near misses.

Having looked there are two streetlights and the above one is surrounded by tree from the google image ( not been out on site ).
Is there anyway you can get the vegetation cut back if the lights is affected by the trees .
