Parking on the pavement
2nd June
This car is constantly parked on the pavement and every time I walk (with my dog) and soon will be pushing my dad in his wheelchair I have to move onto the road. I have twice (nicely and respectfully) asked the owners to not park in the pavement and mentioned to them that they have a driveway where they can park. Incidentally, they also have a door into their house where the driveway is but they refused to park on their drive. So anyone with pushchairs, wheelchairs, dogs, people have no other alternative to walk on the road as the car takes over the pavement.

Hi
Ive litter picked the scrubland opposite Tesco but the bag was too heavy to get to the nearest bin. Ive put it next to the green electricity box at the back of Tesco and entrance to the back carpark. Would it be ok to come and collect?
Thank you

Tree is damaged problem
2nd June
TC: Would either like to give some advise on this. I have informed the resident that they are at liberty to cut anything that is hanging over their property at their expense, however he is looking for a more permanent solution.
Please can you advise as to whether this is something you would look into.
I hope this email finds you well. I'm writing concerning trees that are growing on council land onto my property. Please see attached photos which show exact location.
I have been trying to get this problem resolved for the last few years with no luck. The last time I was signposted by the council to highways.. who obviously weren't interested in trees growing into my garden, as my garden is not a highway..
I would like the council to either prune the trees back from my property or remove them all together. As these trees are not my responsibility and they now touch my house, which of course could lead to much more costly problems. (Full email attached with photos and map screenshot)

Street light not working
31st May
There is a street light at the end of this road, which I believe I had seen reported on here previously (possibly due to trees over growing near it), that is not working and making the end of the road very dark. It would undoubtedly make residents feel safer if fixed and illuminated. P.s. the photo attached shows where it is positioned, although you will notice it is hidden in the trees.

Tree is damaged problem
29th May
Customer reports that a large branch, which is still connected to a tree, is overhanging low across the pavement, at the location, and could potentially fall - they feel that it is a danger to pedestrians. There is also debris on the ground which needs to be cleared up (they have removed some to facilitate access).

Unpermitted roadworks problem
29th May
I am concerned with the repeated traffic jams caused by the work on a communication mast on Naas Lane Quedgeley. The location is close to the Telford Way/Newhaven Road/Naas lane roundabout. We have had this problem several times over the last year or two. The traffic lights cause havoc day after day severely affecting the live of tens of thousands of road users. The road appears to be closed because of the use of a MEMP - Manual Elevated Working Platform. Can they not work from the Park and Ride bus station car park just over the hedge? Failing that why not create a hard standing area on the verge of the road, there is plenty of room. Our citizens should not have their lives disrupted in this way if alternatives are available.

Blocking visibility on road/junction (Grass/verge) problem

Big oak tree had fallen down and has now been removed. But whoever has removed the tree (which may not have been highways) has left the branches all over the verge. Needs collecting and taking away. No obstruction being caused at present.
