The sign northbound on the M5 repeatedly displays incorrect information about an incident on the road, such as animals on road or incident ahead. This happens most days. This leads to many drivers ignoring the information, whilst others slow down. The mismatch leading to a potential hazard.

Thank you for your email this morning relating to the enquiry below and advising no action. The location of the inspection says CHURCH END FARM - which is not my property. Can you please confirm that the right area was inspected. When your inspector was looking at the road here recently, he said that the holes in the pavement that I have reported would qualify for attention. Thank you

This footpath has still not been repaired after many weeks and it is full of water. There barriers around it which forces people with pushchairs into the road. There is no footpaths on the opposite side of the road.

The location is in Goodiers Lane going up from the village green on the left side of the road just before the turning into The Mayalls. It cant be missed as there is a barrier around it.

There are no potholes here but there is no provision on your drop down menu to report this type of road defect. Vehcles are bottoming out on the sunken area of the road which is damaging the underside of cars.
