Cardboard bin overflowing.
5th May
The Bin for Cardboard and Paper is so full that some boxes are simply blowing off the top in the wind. I did manage to pick up and collapse down 2 boxes which had blown off, but it was difficult to get them sandwiched sufficiently to prevent them blowing off again. I also saw boxes etc which had fallen down behind the bin, but I couldn't get to the easily.

raised mound/surface problem
Two Rivers Housing are responsible for ground maintenance in Hazel Road, GL17 9EP, but they say they are NOT responsible for the grass area outside [THE LOCATION] and around the corner into West Avenue. Can you advise who is responsible for grass cutting and pavement repair in this location please. The grassed pavement area is a serious trip hazard as my mother in law is disabled as is [NEIGHBOUR], thanks.

overgrown tree beginning to obstruct pathway
It's the only tree on Eastern Avenue that is overgrown like this. There was no maintenance done on it in the winter, the council say it belongs to Highways

There is signage on plump hill, Mitcheldean stating road closure 5 days from 2/5/2025 however on your website it is only showing road closure for 11/5/25 08:00-18:00. Please confirm accordingly as this is a massive disruption for travelling and out of the forest.

Regarding the A4136 Plump Hill in Mitcheldean. Signs have gone up saying part of the road will be closed from 2nd May for 5 days. However the roadwork map says it's closed for 1 day on 11th May.
There's nothing on the signs to say who is carrying out the work. Are you able to shed any light please? Thank you!

Overgrown verge

Good afternoon, As you can see from the pictures I have attached pictures of the grass verge down into the Brook it's self yet again hasn't been cut. There is a fence that runs across there and this can no longer be seen. Now I'm well aware there is wildlife that is in that Brook that runs all the way down the road so I'm aware it would have to be cut back delicately. But my point stands with the fact that the name of the road is called carisbrook road but yet you can't see the Brook as its been left to overgow. Each time the section is cut they cut back less each time and its not helping and its becoming a eyesore all the way up the road. Can sombody advise me on when this will be cut back and maintained properly please.
