Vehicle access and associated work with no dropped curb

The issue is with a camper van being driven over a public footpath with no dropped curb at a property called Tywning which is located on Pillowell Road in Whitecroft GL15 4QW.
The current access is via a double fronted barn door gate leading to a hard standing area currently being used and accessed by a camper van style motor home of which there is no dropped curb. The vehicle is mounting and being driven across the public footpath and curb each time upon entering and exiting the property. Upon inspection it is noticed there is public footpath/pavement damage directly in front of the barn door gates from where the vehicle is being used.
