Unsafe roadworks
25th February
There are works going on in the pavement which are currently unattended with no barriers/signs and guarding. There is also no available pavement now that is safe to walk down so people are being forced to walk in the road on a blind bend. The pavement surface has been dug up which is very hazardous. All very unsafe.

Car parked at junction
2nd June
This car has been parked for a number of days causing problems re access, especially for larger vehicles. It shouldn't be parked that close to junction. Believe it's parked illegally. Also blocking pedestrian access to flats, especially for those less mobilr

Illegal parking
14th May
There are road works on this junction and three cars have parked completely blocking the way through so I had to drive around the road works,on the wrong side of the road. If a car comes the other way it would have been impossible to access the way through. This has been happening on a regular basis, all the time the road works have been there.

A botched road repair by SWW to fix a leak of water up through a previous repair resulting in water running down the carraigeway and into Dawlish Water
5th January
The water comes up through the carraigeway and then runs down Aller Hill to Dawlish Water. At present the temperatures remain above zero but this will freeze and become a dangerous icerink when temperatures drop. This was originally reported on DCC website and both DCC and SWW said it was not their problem. A "repair was made either side of Christmas by SWW and carriageway reinstated, however water is still trickling out of the repaired section and down the hill. Could tyhis be from a gully driaing uinder the road further up the hill in Ashcombe Road? TYHis needs action before we get a cold spell.

STOP THE ROT! The public want positive action once and for all.
31st December
This terribly neglected historic vicarage has wrongfully been left to rot! It can't go on any longer and must be a priority to honour this once attractive building and bring it back to life respectfully!

Subsiding road not meeting pothole specifications
30th December
Slowly sinking area of road probably due to failure of water carrying culvert under the road. Note the drain on the west side of the road is often blocked probably due to the subsidence and this causes streams of water to run down Beer Hill adding to the problems caused by flooding at Stonelands Bridge (formerly Weech Bridge).
