Very deep pothole
5th February
Two days ago I was driving along this road and hit this hole. Despite driving below the posted limit it felt like I'd driven over a significant obstacle. This evening I was driving along the same stretch of road, hit the same hole (it's not easily visible in the dark) and very obviously caused severe damage to rear suspension, I can only hope it's just a rear topmount and nothing more serious. But it's obvious my rear shock absorber is now loose and unsecured therefore my car isn't safe to drive. Be careful!

Partially blocked pavement
23rd November
The pavement on the eastern side of the A377, alongside the boundary of Cowley Place, is partially blocked with vegetation debris. This causes danger to pedestrians trying to use that pavement. Additionally, the gully beside the road is blocked, causing the road drains to be blocked.

Fly tipped sofa and chairs
6th March
Items have been on site for about a week now. The road was recently adopted by the Council (we are told) so we assume it now falls upon the Council to deal with this issue - and the issue of cars parking / blocking the Emergency Services access to the site. If so we would be grateful if you could pass this image on to the relevant department. Thanks.

Clothes stolen from dryer in launderette.
23rd November
A young lad came into the launderette , on the corner of Richmond road Exeter, and his clothes were gone from the dryer. There is a sign inside stating ' 24hr CCTV surveillance 'but we could not see any cameras. He was not sure who to report it to or if it was worthwhile as he is now missing his clothes, which he knows he will not get back.

Excessive Vehicles causing obstruction/illegal parking
24th September
I have put the following into bullet points - *10 private houses / 6 Council flats in the 1st Cul-de-sac of Redhills Close. * Extremely small Cul-de-sac in which 25 cars are supposed to park for the 16 properties. *Causing residential rifts, illegal parking on verges, pathways, illegal parking on council green spaces, *With the some of residents having 3 + vehicles they conveniently manoeuvre their household vehicles to 'save' themselves a parking spot leaving others to then park illegally. *Fire engines, ambulances would not have any access, access and egress grave concerns for their emergency response vehicles which could seriously endanger an already life threatening incident.
As a close we have asked Exeter City Council to come and assess this, to remove part of the grass in which case there would then maybe an allocation per property, enable more spaces. This has been turned down before and being told it's not a council matter but a law enforcement(??) How can improve? - *Remove grass? *Residents parking *Designated bay for 1vehicle per house in which at least each property has one of their own so no one goes without. *Allow a grass strip down the middle of the grass allowing private houses, at their own costs, to renevate the front gardens to a driveway. This has been allowed in other properties in Redhills Close.
This is now at a point where it is really dangerous, unmanageable and the problem will only escalate.
There are no marked parking bays.

Abandoned car with no windows
13th November
This car has been parked for 2 weeks and most of the windows are smashed/ broken, and a sheet has been placed over to protect from the weather. Its lowering the tone of the Main Street and no sign of anyone attempting to move it. I have a disability and would like to park outside my own house, when I can. Fed up of people abandoning their cars without consideration of residents
