Red Audi parking on pavement. LD70 YMX

This is a repeat offender who seems to think it is fine to park their car on the pavement right outside crediton town council office and obstruct the pavement for others. It is not every day but it happens multiple times a week and needs to be addressed as it is causing a nuisance. Cars don't park on pavement.

HGV parked on residential street

This low-loader with a car on the back has been parked on the street for 4 days and counting. Immediately prior to this a similar (or the same) vehicle was parked in the same location, with an old Rolls Royce on the back and a second hitched behind - for 48 hours.
Someone appears to be using this residential street for HGV parking, causing inconvenience to other vehicles entering and leaving the estate.

Would it be possible to extend the double yellow lines so that cars etc. would not be allowed to park opposite the turning to Pounds Hill. The situation has become very dangerous due to the increase traffic both of light and heavy someone on site if required.

On the farm crossing there are deep ruts, the road surface has collapsed on the left hand,turning south. the road is flooded north of the farm and over the salmon hutch crossing .this road may be part of a one way system for road works at fordton in march, and is unfit for purpose.

3 week old food waste/refuse build up!
12th June
Build up of refuse at rear of 86 Butt Parks. Food waste dated 23rd May not put out for collection today 11th June, so will sit and rot for another 2 weeks! Bags ripped open by animals to expose rotting food waste, not in food waste bin!
