Yet another pothole
27th January
Road is breaking up on the edge of the drain, no doubt due to the road CONSTANTLY being flooded (has been going on for years, nothing done about it - pathetic). Getting bigger by the day, will soon start forcing people onto wrong side of the road to avoid.

Pothole/uneven path in ally between Shooters Drive and Western Drive
14th January
I had a bad fall as a result of a dip in the pavement here. It is very uneven. My right foot went down the dip, twisted my ankle and I lost my balance and fell on my knee. I put my left hand out to break my fall. I've badly grazed my knee, cut my hand and have detritus in the cuts. I can see part of this footpath was resurfaced but not the path where I fell. I'm considering making a claim for my injuries and damaged clothing.

Urgent Action Needed: Dangerous Pothole on Blind Corner Poses Critical Safety Hazard
9th December
Share
You said: please make a heading from the following/. A massive and dangerously deep pothole has formed in the center of the road, creating an immediate and critical safety hazard. The road surface is in an appalling state, with loose chunks of asphalt scattered everywhere, compounding the danger. In just the past week, I have personally witnessed four accidents caused by vehicles slamming into this pothole. When filled with water, it becomes almost invisible, turning an already dire situation into a deadly trap.
The root cause appears to be a severely malfunctioning drainage system, which the Highways Department has failed to address. This pothole has made the road nearly impassable, causing tire blowouts, serious suspension damage, and impacts so violent they can disable vehicles entirely. Positioned on a blind corner, it is an accident waiting to happenagain. Tragically, a motorcyclist has already been injured after being thrown from their bike.
This is a disaster in the making, and immediate repairs are essential to prevent more injuriesor worse, a fatality. I have reported this issue to the police because Harlow County Councils inaction shows a shocking disregard for public safety and the lives at stake.

Major road defect/pothole with the potential to cause major accidents and/or vehicle damage. This road is used by cyclists, motorcyclists, HGV and LGV vehicles. These deep potholes are unable to be seen due to poor drainage and filling up with rain water. this issue has been present for over a month and is becoming extremely dangerous.

Pothole on Blind bend. Danger to life!!!
4th December
A large and extremely deep pothole has developed in the middle of the road, making the area increasingly dangerous. The road is also broken so much that there is chunks of asphalt lying everywhere. Over the past three days, Ive witnessed two accidents where vehicles have hit this crater. When filled with water, the hole becomes nearly invisible, posing an even greater risk. Its clear there is a serious issue with the drainage system that Highways has yet to address. The pothole has rendered the road nearly impassable, and Ive seen cars suffer tire blowouts and potential suspension damage after hitting it. The impact is severe enough to ground vehicles. Situated on a blind corner, this is a critical hazard that urgently needs repair before it results in a fatal head-on collision.
