This is a very confusing junction especially for strangers and visitors to the area. I believe a sign on Fairfield Way on the approach to Barnet Hill indicating that drivers should give way to ALL traffic on Barnet Hill, ie from the left as well as the right, would clarify and help avoid confusion and a potential collision.

The traffic lights the end of the high street (towards the direction of Barnet cinema) need attention. The amber light on the left is very dim and the traffic light on the right is facing towards the left so makes it really hard to see then the lights are going to red

This Astro turf has been here for a month
There is also a dumped buggy and an office chair that is moved around this service road - currently it is now dumped in one of the unused storage units (door open).
There is also a mattress stored in the garden grounds of the council flats - to the left, over the hedge, as you enter the service road from Denton close. This has been dumped here almost a year.
