Big sign on pole

Along the footpath a big sign has been taped to the pole. Its sticking out and my elderly friend has walked in to it twice and cut her head open. Can this be removed please as its a hazard. I think its right outside the nursery or whatever it is that is located behind that wall.

Multiple potholes and damage to roadway and throughout car park

Potholes and car park surface damage throughout car park and has been the case for a couple of years but getting so bad that car park is not really safe or usable without risk of damage to vehicles. I believe that this is a car park which should be maintained by HCC and it has been left to decay.
